The switch assembly includes a controlling member, and the controlling member is disposed on the controlling portion and movable to be in a first position or a second position. The locking member is disposed on the controlling portion and movable to be in a locked position or a released position, when the locking member is in the locked position, the controlling member is restricted and positioned in the second position.
