A width W1 in a tyre axial direction of the damping rubber body 30 is in a range of from 60% to 130% of a width W2 in the tyre axial direction of the belt layer 7, and air permeability of the noise damper 20 measured in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS-L1096 is 3.0 cm3/cm2/s or less.
