The water stop sheet includes a base material layer having a plurality of pores communicating with each other in a thickness direction of the water stop sheet and a sealing compound layer laminated on the base material layer. The sealing compound layer is deformed so as to enter gaps between thin conductor wires constituting the braided conductor and the pores of the base material layer.
