Each of the elastic members has a first and a second engaging portions. A width in which a force in the Z-direction acts between each of the elastic members and the structure portion via the first engaging portion has a first distance. A width between each of the elastic members and the outer portion via the second engaging portion has a second distance in the Y-direction, wherein the dimension condition of 2a>2×2b is set.
