The front bearing element lies flat against the forehead of a user of the safety helmet (100). A rigid intermediate piece (1) bridges a distance between the front holding element (2) and the front bearing element (5). This intermediate piece (1) is mechanically connected to the front holding element (2) and to the front bearing element (5), wherein at least one connection is detachable. The present invention pertains, furthermore, to two arrangements with such a safety helmet and with two alternative intermediate pieces or with two alternative front bearing elements with a respective intermediate piece.
