The multilayer body has first and second end surfaces, first and second main surfaces, and first and second side surfaces. The first outer electrode extends from at least part of the first end surface of the multilayer body across part of the first main surface and the second outer electrode extends from at least part of the second end surface of the multilayer body across part of the first main surface. A transmission coefficient S21 is −1.0 dB or higher in a range from 1 GHz to 40 GHz and is −1.5 dB or higher in a range from 40 GHz to 60 GHz.
