The suction part is disposed in a vicinity of a magnetic pole of the core of the magnetic suction force generation part with an air gap between the suction part and the magnetic pole in a vibration direction, and the suction part is disposed at a center portion in the vibration direction of the movable body supported by the plurality of elastic support parts.
