One example method includes presenting, by a mobile application executing on a mobile device, a first application interface. The example method further includes detecting, by the mobile device, a predetermined user action. The example method further includes, in response to detecting the predetermined user action, generating debugging information from content event logs, wherein the content event logs are associated with content item slots in which content items are presented in the mobile application and presenting, by a debugging interface, the debugging information.
