The method includes: receiving a breast milk test result of a breast milk provider; obtaining a daily required energy index of the breast milk provider based on physiological characteristic parameters of the breast milk provider; and then, obtaining a recommended recipe for the breast milk provider based on the breast milk test result and the daily required energy index.
