The setting device sets an analysis condition for each of the plurality of units. The execution device can execute the function of each of the plurality of units prior to the analysis of the sample. The determination device determines whether preparation for starting the analysis is completed for each of the plurality of units based on a comparison between a state of the unit and the analysis condition corresponding to the unit. The notification device notifies an analyst of a determination result by the determination device.
