A skin care device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body including a first surface having a predetermined area; two contact terminals disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the first surface, and when electric power is applied thereto, generating a potential difference on a users skin to change an electrical environment of the users skin; two sensing terminals disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the first surface and sensing oil and moisture of the users skin when electric power is applied thereto; a plurality of light sources mounted on a circuit board disposed inside the body, such that the light sources are located behind the first surface, the light sources emitting light beams having different wavelength bands; and a control unit for controlling the entire operation.
