The control means is configured to, when the user detection means detects the predetermined motion of the user, control the driving means so that the opening and closing body opens and closes at a first speed if the distance between the user and the opening and closing body is within the predetermined range, and so that the opening and closing body opens and closes at a second speed if the distance is out of the predetermined range.
