The processor implements the method, including: identifying at least one application for which execution is predicted, based on a usage history of the electronic device and a state of the electronic device, executing a first loading procedure for the identified at least one application based on detecting satisfaction of a trigger condition related to the identified at least one application, after executing the first loading procedure, detecting occurrence of an event related to the identified at least one application, executing a second loading procedure for the identified at least one application in response to detecting the occurrence of the event, and on completion of the second loading procedure, displaying an execution screen of the identified at least one application via the display.
