In particular, the present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device each of which includes at least one emitting material layer including a boron-based dopant and an anthracene-based host substituted with at least one deuterium, at least one electron blocking layer including an amine-based compound substituted with at least one fused hetero aryl group, and optionally at least one hole blocking layer including an azine-based or a benzimidazole-based compound. The organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting device has improved luminous efficiency and enhanced luminous lifespan.
