The electronic device includes a speaker, a communication module configured to communicate with an external electronic device, and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to identify whether the electronic device is worn, identify a function being executed by the processor, and control the output power of the communication module based on the identified whether the electronic device is worn and the identified function being executed.
