The database language re-issue device extracts a data obtainment target, a data request period and a data item from a query issued by an application, obtains information about a collection program of the extracted data obtainment target for the data request period, obtains definition information of a table for the obtained collection program, changes the data item in the query to a data item for the data request period based on the obtained definition information of the table, executes a query to a database based on the changed data item, and returns obtained data from the database to the application, the data being based on the executed query.
