A handle assembly for a hair removal device, comprising a handle, including a connection portion for supporting a hair removal head and an elongated grip portion extending therefrom, at least a first accessory component, the first accessory component being disassemblable from the grip portion, and a holding mechanism, a first portion of the holding mechanism being engageable with a second portion of the holding mechanism to resist disassembly of the first accessory component from the grip portion.
