The electronic device includes a communication module, a memory, and a processor operatively connected to the communication module and the memory, the processor is configured to transmit a synchronization signal for generating a synchronization marker to a first sensor device and a second sensor device, receive and store first sensor data, receive and store second sensor data, select reference data serving as a reference from among the first sensor data and the second sensor data, detect the synchronization marker, calculate a required time between synchronization markers of the reference data based on stored sampling information of the reference data and positions of the synchronization marker included in the reference data, and correct and store sampling information of the remaining sensor data other than the reference data.
