The present disclosure provides a display substrate, including: a base (1), including a display area (101) and a peripheral area (102) surrounding the display area (101); an insulating layer (2) covering the display area (101) and at least part of the peripheral area (102); at least one packaging dam (8) in the peripheral area (102) of the base (1) and around the display area (101); and an isolation structure (7) located on the base (1) at a side of the packaging dam (8) away from the display area (101). The isolation structure (8) includes a plurality of sub-structures arranged at intervals, an orthographic projection of the isolation structure (8) on the base (1) is around the display area (101), and the isolation structure (8) is configured to prevent a crack in the peripheral area (102) from extending to the display area (101).
