The display device of the present invention comprises: a display panel; an inner plate positioned at the rear of the display panel; a module cover positioned at the rear of the inner plate; electronic components mounted on the rear of the module cover; and a back cover positioned at the rear of the module cover and covering the electronic components, wherein the module cover may include a body portion positioned at the rear of the inner plate, and an extension portion extending from the body portion so as to cover at least a portion of a side surface of the display panel and the inner plate.
