The method may include: transmitting, to a base station, a message including quality of service (QoS) profile information for the first apparatus and on-demand system information request, receiving, from the base station, QoS flow-sidelink radio bearer (SLRB) mapping information representing mapping relation between QoS flow and SLRB and transmitting a transport block to a second apparatus based on a QoS flow for the first apparatus related to the QoS profile information and the QoS flow-SLRB mapping information.
