The first insulating layer is formed of a first material and has an opening. The opening is positioned between the first pixel transistor set and the second pixel transistor set. The pixel separation layer is positioned inside the opening and is formed of a second material different from the first material. The first conductive line is arranged on the first insulating layer and overlaps the first pixel separation layer. The second insulating layer is arranged on the first conductive line. The second conductive line is arranged on the second insulating layer and overlaps each of the pixel separation layer and the first conductive line.
