Consequently, the panel vertical component F2 becomes relatively large, and even if the seal portion 3 is brought into contact with the dash panel DP by acting the pressing force F from the oblique direction, the rolling-up caused by the occurrence of the inclination of the seal portion 3 can be suppressed.
