The second pressure plate faces the first pressure plate. Projecting portions of the first perforation and the second perforation on the second pressure plate overlap. The third pressure plate includes a through hole. The third pressure plate is detachably received in the first perforation and the second perforation. The fixing member mounts on the second pressure plate and faces the first perforation and the second perforation. When the third pressure plate is received in the first and second perforations, the through hole faces the fixing member.
