A method of receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) according to an aspect of the present disclosure may include: receiving, from a base station, a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) block including a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) and a PBCH; and receiving, from the base station, the PDCCH on a PDCCH monitoring occasion determined based on a master information block (MIB) in the SS/PBCH block.
