An organic light emitting diode is described, which includes a reflective electrode, a transparent electrode facing the reflective electrode, and an organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer includes a first emitting part and a second emitting part, and is positioned between the reflective electrode and the transparent electrode. The first emitting part includes a phosphorescent emitting layer and a fluorescent emitting layer, and the second emitting part includes a phosphorescent emitting layer and a fluorescent emitting layer. In at least one of the first and second emitting parts, the fluorescent emitting layer is positioned to be closer to the transparent electrode than the phosphorescent emitting layer. An organic light emitting device can include the organic light emitting diode, and may be a display device or a lighting device.
