The second insulating layer includes a first main open portion exposing the end of the light emitting element and extended in a first direction, a second main open portion exposing the another end of the light emitting element and extended in the first direction, and a sub-open portion connecting the first main open portion with the second main open portion in a plan view and extended in a second direction.
