The server device 10 acquires operation information of the work machine 2 including information about the operation location of the work machine 2, and a pre-stored aerial photo of the operation location of the work machine 2; estimates the industry in which the work machine 2 is used based on the acquired operation information of the work machine 2 and aerial photo of the operation location; and predicts the life of the component of the work machine 2, based on the estimated industry.
