The rotor is rotatable about an axis, and has a rotor core and a permanent magnet attached to the rotor core. The permanent magnet forms a magnet magnetic pole. A part of the rotor core forms a virtual magnetic pole. The stator surrounds the rotor from outside in a radial direction about the axis. The heat dissipation member is disposed on a side of the stator in a direction of the axis. The heat exchanger is disposed to face the heat dissipation member in the direction of the axis.
