An example method includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) from a network device, and determining, based on the DCI, a slot interval between a first data block and a HARQ feedback corresponding to the first data block. The method further includes determining a target slot based on a frame structure, and sending, in the target slot to the network device, HARQ information corresponding to the first data block.
