A connection layer may be disposed between at least two adjacent first inactive substance portions, and the connection layer may be spaced from the first active substance portion in a first direction and connect two adjacent first inactive substance portions, where the first direction is a direction in which the first inactive substance portions protrude from the first active substance portion.
