The sound absorbing member can have an outer peripheral surface facing outward in a tire radial direction. A plurality of grooves, and a plurality of land portions separated from each other by the plurality of grooves, can be formed in the outer peripheral surface. Each of the plurality of land portions can be attached to the inner surface continuously along a longitudinal direction of the groove.
