The electronic device includes a display module, a communication module, and a processor, memory for storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to establish communication links with a plurality of users by means of a communication module in order to execute a multi-party video call, display objects representing the plurality of users executing the multi-party video call using a specified first user interface, display one or more selectable options on the first user interface in response to the execution of a specific function during the execution of the multi-party video call, wherein the options are options relating to the specific function, and display the objects, representing the plurality of users, by changing the objects on the basis of a first option selected from among the one or more options by a first user of the electronic device.
