The user terminal may determine a first hash value of a certificate, and transmit the first hash value to a server. The server may receive the certificate and encrypted EDR data from an autonomous driving controller, decrypt, using a public key included in the certificate, a digital signature of the certificate to obtain a second hash value, and, based on a comparison between the first and second hash values, decrypt, using a private key, the encrypted EDR data, and transmit the decrypted EDR data to the user terminal.
