The device includes a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the active area of the substrate. The device includes an encapsulation unit disposed to cover the plurality of light emitting elements. The device includes a touch sensing unit disposed on the encapsulation unit and including a plurality of touch electrodes. The device includes an organic structure disposed on the plurality of touch electrodes to cover upper and side surfaces of the plurality of touch electrodes. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a phenomenon by which the plurality of touch electrodes can be seen by a user.
