The first camera and the second camera are located on different sides of the display, and the first camera and the display are located on a same side of the electronic device. A method includes: displaying, in a first region of the display, a first image collected in real time by the first camera, and displaying, in a second region of the display, a second image collected in real time by the second camera, where the second region is the entire display region of the display, and the first region is smaller than the second region.
