The fastening plate includes an accommodating groove that is concave relative to the end surface of the inner shaft sleeve. A plurality of magnetic core accommodating holes are provided in the accommodating groove. The plurality of magnetic core accommodating holes respectively correspond to magnetic core end parts that accommodate the plurality of magnetic cores.
