The method includes transmitting, to a first base station operating a first cell, a first message related to a random access procedure, the first message including information indicating whether the terminal needs broadcast information of a second cell, receiving, from the first base station, a second message as an acknowledgement of the first message, and receiving, from a second base station operating the second cell, the broadcast information.
