A method for controlling the seat implemented by the control unit may limit or enforce at least one of an angle adjustment amount of the tilting unit and an angle adjustment amount of the reclining unit by linking at least one of a sensed tilting angle of the seat cushion and a sensed position of the seat with a support angle of a seatback.
