The cavity includes a front cavity disposed at one side of the vibration component and one or more rear cavities disposed at another side of the vibration component. The housing includes a rear cavity plate. At least one of the one or more rear cavities is at least enclosed by the driving component, the vibration component, and the rear cavity plate. The rear cavity plate is provided with one or more through holes.
