The active control system has at least one temperature control element operatively connected to the electronic control unit and controllable for varying the temperature inside the housing seat, and at least one humidity control element that is operatively connected to the electronic control unit, controllable for varying the humidity inside the housing seat, and configured to vary the humidity by electrolysis.
