Abstract:
The invention provides composite cushion materials of high breathability and moisture management, multistep softness, and support and methods of making the composite cushion materials. The first layer of the material comprises a warp-knitted sandwich fabric, the second layer comprises a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the third layer comprises a perforated ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam, and the fourth layer comprises a warp-knitted mesh fabric, wherein the second layer is positioned between the first layer and the third layer, and wherein the third layer is positioned between the second layer and the fourth layer. The composite cushion materials are useful in clothing and equipment for wear in high temperature environments.
