An abutting and bearing device and a seating device, wherein the abutting and bearing device includes: a casing; an abutting member disposed in the casing and having an end extending out of the casing, a driving assembly disposed in the casing, and the abutting member being movable so as to be in its extended position or retracted position by the driving assembly; and a control member disposed on the casing for controlling an extension of the abutting member, wherein the abutting and bearing device further includes a locking assembly and a resetting assembly, the locking assembly is used to lock the abutting member when the abutting member is extended, and the resetting assembly is used to reset the abutting member to its retracted position.
