The barrier layer includes a first layer adjacent to the low refractive layer and including nitrogen in an amount of less than about 1 at %, a second layer spaced apart from the low refractive layer, and including nitrogen in an amount of about 3 at % to about 30 at %, and a third layer spaced apart from the low refractive layer, and including nitrogen in an amount of less than about 3.2 at %.
