A toner comprising: a toner particle comprising a binder resin, a release agent, and a graft polymer (A), wherein the binder resin comprises an amorphous polyester, the graft polymer (A) has two or more exothermic peaks measured by differential scanning calorimetric measurement, the release agent has at least one exothermic peak, and when, among exothermic peaks of the graft polymer (A), a peak temperature of a highest temperature-side exothermic peak is indicated by TMax (° C.), a peak temperature of a lowest temperature-side exothermic peak is indicated by TMin (° C.), and, among exothermic peaks of the release agent, a peak temperature of a maximum exothermic peak is indicated by TWax (° C.), TMax, TMin and TWax satisfy relationships of formulae (1) and (2) below:
