The present invention provides an inbred corn line designated CCICS729, methods for producing a com plant by crossing plants of the inbred line CCICS729 with plants of another com plant. The invention further encompasses all parts of inbred con line CCIC5729, including culturable cells. Additionally provided herein are methods for introducing transgenes into inbred com line CCICS729, and plants produced according to these methods.
