The wireless power-supply device includes; a meta-surface including a plurality of waveguide patches and a plurality of switches arranged in association with the plurality of waveguide patches; a control device for controlling a state of power supply to the plurality of switches; and an antenna for emitting electromagnetic waves for transmitting power. The wireless power-supply device is configured to change a relation of connection of the plurality of waveguide patches by turning on or off the plurality of switches, so as to change a radiation pattern of electromagnetic waves radiated from the antenna.
