Techniques pertaining to multi-user multiple-input-multiple-output (MU-MIMO) transmission with mixed bandwidths and unequal modulation (UEQM) in wireless communications are described. An apparatus allocates a plurality of resource units (RUs) to a plurality of stations (STAs). The apparatus then performs mixed-bandwidth MU-MIMO communications with the plurality of STAs using the plurality of RUs.
