The lens layer is arranged on a surface of the first inorganic layer away from the driving backplane, and includes lenses arranged as corresponding to the light-emitting devices. The organic layer covers the lens layer. A refractive index of the organic layer is smaller than a refractive index of the first inorganic layer and smaller than a refractive index of the lenses. The second inorganic layer covers the organic layer.
