The area ratio of the soft magnetic powder has a distribution with a skewness of 0.01 or more in absolute value. The distribution of the area ratio of the soft magnetic powder is identified by calculating area ratios of the soft magnetic powder in respective square regions defined by dividing the section of the magnetic core using a regular-interval grid.
